Refund policy

At PreAndPro Lash Supplier, we take pride in the quality of our professional lash products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer law.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unused and unopened

    • In their original packaging

    • In the same condition as received

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used lash products, including adhesives, liquids, or consumables, unless the item is faulty.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
